MEET THE COACH


Caroline Would is the founder of "AD ASTRA Coaching Mentoring Training". She served 16 years as a commissioned officer in the Royal Air Force and during this time was seconded to the Prince's Trust to mentor young people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds.

She has extensive experience in schools, colleges and universities across the UK and South East Asia as a trainer, mentor and school governor.

Caroline has over 500+ hours of international coaching experience, achieved International Coaching Federation accredited qualifications and has been the keynote speaker at various corporate, sporting, educational and women in leadership events.

  • Who is this course for?

    This course has been created for teenagers who would like to set goals, develop healthy habits and improve their confidence across different aspects of their life.

  • How will it help your teenager?

    The course will take them through different parts of their life, for example, friendships, body confidence and public speaking. It will assess, challenge and improve their confidence as they work through the exercises.

  • How long does it take to complete?

    There are 6 modules to work though at their individual pace. They can decide to do 1 module a week or take things slower, especially if life gets busy, for example, exams, holidays or the party season kicks in! It's entirely up to them.

  • How soon will I see results?

    This depends on whether they consistently apply the techniques we teach them! Some parts of the course might take longer to master, for example, CV writing but other modules might be easier for them, like developing body confidence and healthy friendships.
